Appointment Notes

You will have our gorgeous studio exclusively so you can make yourselves totally at home.

Refreshments are offered to all your Bridal party, bubbles, choice of tea or coffee along with soft drinks.

Please bring up to 3 guests max we know how difficult this can sometimes be so just call us if you are in a tricky situation!

As much as we love children, (I am a mum!) we would ask you to attend without children (babes in arms are totally fine) but we want YOU to enjoy the experience,  after all it’s your day!

Please can we ask you to arrive on time? We know how exciting wedding dress shopping is with the urge to arrive early but the doorbell at a ‘YES TO THE DRESS’  moment can be a little distracting!

You don’t need to worry about wearing a strapless bra, most of our dresses have amazing internal corsets for incredible support. Bras just put your bust in the wrong position. 

Please note that both of our bathrooms are on the first floor and are only accessible by stairs.

Rescheduling can be done with no less than 72 hours notice - Please contact us to do so.

We hope you understand that any appointment fee is non refundable or redeemable.

All of our appointments include refreshments, expert bridal styling and guidance.

Our appointments are so relaxed - please feel free to take photos or videos and you can even ask Alexa to play you favourite music!

Finally you will have lots of fun selfie opportunities, we will get the props ready and celebrate finding THE dress with you!
